You and your account executive will
discuss your experience as a mortgage broker, loan product needs and current applications that you are looking to
place with a wholesale lender.
Prior to submitting loan applications
to M&I, your account executive will assist you in
becoming an approved broker with M&I Home Lending
Solutions.
The approval process includes the completion of the M&I
Home Lending Solutions Mortgage Broker Application and Agreement.
M&I will provide you with this document. In addition
to signing the completed broker agreement, you will
provide:
- M&I Facilities, Staffing, and Quality Control Certification
- M&I FHA Certification (for Brokers requesting Sponsor approval)
- M&I Fax Consent Form (optional)
- M&I Mortgage Broker Settlement Services Agreement
- IRS Form W-9
- Resume for each principal / owner of your company
- Mortgage Broker license for each state in which you originate mortgage loans, including branch licenses, if applicable
- Loan Originator License for each principal / owner for each state where licensed
- Credit report for each principal / owner of your company
- Financial Statements
- Quality Control Plan
Brokers are required to complete
the M&I Home Lending Solutions Mortgage Broker Agreement
prior to submitting applications to our company.
