employees believes that building and maintaining strong relationships with our
customers -- mortgage brokers -- is the critical element of success for
all those involved.
The Market. We do business from coast to coast,
funding loans in

states. Our experienced sales team consists of sales managers, account
executives and broker support representatives who develop relationships
with mortgage brokers and assist them in getting loans closed and funded.
Our sales managers and account executives are in the
market, meeting with brokers every day. Our broker support representatives
work together with account executives to provide mortgage
professionals with top-notch service. The broker support team is
located in our Iowa Processing Center and serves as the liaison
between our loan processing teams and mortgage professionals.
Prequalification And Underwriting. All
loans are prequalified in our underwriting departments by our team of
prequalification underwriters. We practice "big picture" underwriting. In most
cases, M&I Home Lending Solutions
makes decisions based on more than the consumer's credit score.
Loan Processing. Our regional processing unit
(RPU) managers and their teams of loan specialists and team coordinators
process all loan documents and coordinate closings with mortgage brokers and
closing agents across the United States.
